Service description

MapTargeter is a SaaS platform for collecting, enriching, and exporting business contact data from map and public web sources. Features may vary by your plan and current product scope.

Account and security

• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your session credentials; you are expected to notify us in case of unauthorized access.
• Transferring or selling your account to third parties is prohibited.

Acceptable use

The following activities are prohibited:

• Use that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform policies
• Spam, fraud, or malware distribution
• Reverse engineering, overloading the service, or unauthorized security testing (without written permission)
• Commercializing or processing collected data in violation of KVKK, GDPR, or similar regulations

Intellectual property

The platform, interface, software, and brand assets belong to MapTargeter or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Pricing and payment

For paid plans, pricing and billing are subject to the terms shown at purchase time. For credit and refund rules, see the Credit system page.

Service changes and termination

The service may be temporarily or permanently limited due to maintenance, updates, or legal requirements. In case of serious violation, your account may be suspended or terminated.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." Liability for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party source accuracy is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.

Governing law and disputes

Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey (unless otherwise agreed in writing). If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain in effect.
