Data controller

Your personal data is processed by the legal entity providing the service under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related regulations, and under GDPR where applicable in the European Union. You may use the contact channels listed on our website for requests.

Categories of data processed

  • Identity / contact: full name, email, company name (account creation, support)
  • Usage data: session, IP, device and browser information, security and analytics logs
  • Payment: invoicing and payment operations via third-party payment providers; card data is not stored on our servers
  • Platform content: queries you create and lists you export are associated with your account

Purposes of processing

  • Establishing and performing the contract, delivering the service
  • Account security and fraud prevention
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations
  • Product improvement and, where possible, anonymized statistics
  • Marketing communication when you provide explicit consent

Legal bases

Processing may rely on legal bases such as contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, or legal obligation. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Retention period

Data is retained for the period necessary for processing purposes and statutory limitation periods; afterward it is deleted, anonymized, or de-identified.

Transfers
