Security

SSL encryption and data protection

We transparently share our encryption, access control, and data protection practices for the security of your data.

SSL/TLS encryption

All connections are encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data between your browser and our servers (sessions, API requests, exports) is transmitted encrypted end to end, so your data cannot be read by third parties in transit.

Data storage

Databases and file storage are kept on encrypted disks (encryption at rest). Your data is processed only by authorized systems; access is logged and regular security audits are performed.

Access and authentication

Account access requires a strong password; optional two-factor authentication (2FA) is supported. With role-based authorization, team members only access the areas they need. Payment data is processed via Stripe; card data is not stored on our servers.

Data protection and backup

Your data is backed up and can be recovered in emergencies. Retention periods are set according to your plan and legal requirements. On account deletion requests your data is deleted or anonymized; your data portability and deletion rights under GDPR are supported.

Data ethics and transparency

Ethical data collection and public sources

We clearly explain what data we collect, from where, and how we operate. Trust and legal compliance are our priorities.

Public data only

Data we collect comes only from publicly available sources: business listings, public contact information, and similar records. We do not collect data from login-required areas, private accounts, or information that could violate personal privacy.

Ethical data collection

We respect source servers: we follow robots.txt rules, limit request frequency, and avoid overloading servers. Data is provided for legitimate use only, such as business communication and business development.

Legal compliance and responsibility

We aim to comply with GDPR and local data protection regulations. Legal bases for processing (legitimate interest, public disclosure, etc.) are considered. As the data user, you are responsible for ensuring your email and communication activities comply with applicable laws (e.g. commercial communication consent).

Transparency and limits

We clearly state what data is collected from which sources and how it is used. Data is provided ‘as is’; accuracy or freshness is not guaranteed. Spam, harassment, or misleading use is not supported; you are expected to comply with our terms of use.
